01Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the corporate website operated by MiniPlot Studios Inc, a Wyoming corporation (“MiniPlot,” “we,” or “us”), located at miniplotstudiosinc.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

02About the Site

The Site is an informational presence published by MiniPlot for the benefit of business counterparties, prospective partners, press, and members of the public who wish to learn about our short-drama production and distribution activities. The Site does not offer goods or services for sale, and nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to enter into any commercial arrangement; any such arrangement requires a separate written agreement executed by an authorised representative of MiniPlot.

03Permitted use

You may access the Site for lawful, informational, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site;
use any automated means — including robots, spiders, scrapers, or similar tools — to access the Site for purposes inconsistent with these Terms;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or networks;
misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any communication arising from or facilitated by the Site;
use the Site or its content in any way that infringes intellectual-property rights, violates applicable law, or breaches the rights of any third party.

04Intellectual property

The Site and all materials displayed on it — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, typography, video stills, and source code — are owned by MiniPlot or licensed to MiniPlot, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and temporarily store pages from the Site in your browser cache for the sole purpose of personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, framing, scraping, or use of the Site or its content to train machine-learning models — requires the prior written consent of MiniPlot.

“MiniPlot Studios” and the MiniPlot logo are trademarks of MiniPlot Studios Inc. All other trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

05Submissions & inquiries

When you contact MiniPlot through the channels described on the Site, you should not send unsolicited creative submissions — including scripts, treatments, story ideas, casting suggestions, or other proposed creative material — unless we have specifically invited such material from you through a separate written agreement. Any unsolicited material that you nonetheless choose to send is provided on a non-confidential, non-proprietary basis, and MiniPlot will be free to disregard it.

By contacting MiniPlot for legitimate business reasons, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorised to share it, and that doing so does not breach any confidentiality obligation you owe to a third party.

06Disclaimers

The Site and all information made available on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MiniPlot disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

MiniPlot does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and we make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any information published on the Site.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will MiniPlot, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if MiniPlot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

MiniPlot's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

08Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MiniPlot and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

09Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will lie in the state or federal courts located in Campbell County, Wyoming, and each party irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any revisions will become effective when posted to the Site, and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be amended accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
